Question 4. I am busy; how do I find time for breakfast?

Whenever you want to lose weight, you will find it immensely hard to form a schedule in the first couple of weeks. This however is a sheer necessity, as you will achieve nothing if you do not follow the footsteps of those who have succeeded. Breakfast is an important meal, perhaps the most important throughout your day. This is why you need to absolutely find the time to do it, unless you want to fail.

Many people decide that they cannot have breakfast because their stomachs won’t take it. Others think that they are too busy and that their schedule will suffer from them having breakfast. However, you need to ask yourself – how much does a breakfast really take out of your time? Of course, it needs to be solid and diverse, but even frying eggs in the morning will not take you more than 30 minutes, together with eating them. If this does not work out for you, then perhaps you can go ahead and prepare breakfast each evening before bed. That way you will be able to directly grab whatever you have prepared from the fridge, and go ahead and eat it while you are walking or driving to work.

The importance of breakfast cannot be overstated in any way. You need to consider the fact that a healthy diet will consist of you eating properly and regularly, in moderate amounts. Still, the largest amount you will need to intake, will be your breakfast – it is the meal that will give you the energy to carry on with your day. With that in mind, make sure you are ready to take the time and eat your breakfast each morning.

In time, your appetite will build up, even if you have never had it. Your organism will grow dependent on the food you are having each morning and this is a good thing. Before you know it, your metabolism will balance out and you will lose weight without becoming too skinny to function.
